Cocktail hour, reception prints, and the details couples ask before they book.
How does the booth fit a Calgary wedding day?
Most couples run the booth through cocktail hour and into the reception so guests have something to do between the ceremony and dinner. We arrive 60–90 minutes before your start time, and setup never counts against your booked hours.
Which package works best for a reception?
Full Service for 4 hours ($899) is the wedding recommendation: an attendant, 75 premium 2×6 dye-sub prints, couple strip duplicates, and time to cover cocktail hour plus dancing. Full Service for 3 hours ($699) works for a shorter cocktail-hour window.
Do guests get prints to take home?
Yes on Full Service. The package includes 75 premium 2×6 dye-sub prints on a DNP RX-1 HS printer, plus a duplicate strip for the couple. Extra prints are an add-on if you expect a long line. Digital Drop-Off is digital-only unless you add an attendant.
Can we put our names and wedding date on the photos?
Yes. Every print and on-screen template can carry your names, date, and colours. Use Design Your Booth to preview the look, or we will typeset it for you from the details you send.
How much space does the booth need at the venue?
Plan for roughly a 10×10 ft (3×3 m) level area near a standard power outlet. A cocktail-hour alcove or reception corner is typical. Tighter rooms work if you tell us the venue layout when you book.
Do you travel to Banff, Canmore, or mountain wedding venues?
Yes. Calgary is home base, and we travel to Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, and other Alberta venues. Travel beyond Calgary city limits is quoted upfront with the booking, not as a surprise on the invoice.
How far in advance should we book our wedding date?
As early as you can. Friday and Saturday wedding dates fill months ahead. We are booking through late 2026 and into 2027, and we will try to take shorter notice when the calendar allows.
Is an attendant included for the wedding?
Yes on both Full Service packages. They run the printer, keep the line moving, and handle the couple duplicates. Digital Drop-Off is self-serve; you can add a drop-off attendant if you want someone on hand.
When do we receive the wedding gallery?
The online gallery goes live during or shortly after the reception so guests can share the same night. Full high-resolution files follow within a few days.
Can we preview the booth before the wedding day?
Yes. Design Your Booth lets you try colours, names, and a logo in 3D, then send that design with your booking request. We confirm the template in writing before the event.
