How much does a photo booth rental cost in Calgary?+
Pick-A-Booth starts at $499 for Digital Drop-Off and $699 for Full Service (3 hours) with 75 premium 2×6 dye-sub prints (extra prints available as an add-on). Full Service for 4 hours is $899, and fully custom or brand-activation builds are quoted by scope. The Calgary market median sits around $795+, so our launch pricing comes in below average.
What is included in each package?+
Every booking includes the open-air booth, a Canon R camera with a Sigma Art lens, studio lighting, unlimited digital photos, GIFs, an online gallery, and setup and teardown. Full Service adds an on-site attendant and 75 premium 2×6 dye-sub strip prints on a DNP RX-1 HS printer with a duplicate for the couple or host, and you can add extra prints.
Do you offer prints, digital photos, or both?+
Both. Every package includes unlimited digital photos and an online gallery. Full Service packages also include 75 premium 2×6 dye-sub prints on site, with more available as an add-on. Digital Drop-Off is digital-only by default, and you can add an attendant if you want prints handled for you.
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as you can. Popular dates (Fridays and Saturdays, the wedding season, and peak summer event weeks) fill up months ahead. Founding-client dates for Spring–Summer 2026 are open now. We'll always try to accommodate shorter notice when the calendar allows.
How much space does the booth need?+
Plan for roughly a 10×10 ft (3×3 m) area on a level surface, near a standard power outlet. We can work with tighter spaces. Just tell us about your venue when you reach out and we'll confirm the fit.
How long does setup take?+
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your start time to set up, and teardown is handled at the end. Setup and teardown are included and never count against your booked booth hours.
Do you travel to Banff, Canmore, Airdrie, Okotoks, or Edmonton?+
Yes. Calgary is our home base, and we travel across Alberta including Banff, Canmore, Airdrie, Okotoks, Red Deer, and Edmonton. Travel beyond Calgary city limits is quoted upfront with no surprises.
Can we customize the template with names, colours, or a logo?+
Absolutely. It's our whole thing. Every print and on-screen template can carry your names, date, colours, and logo. Use the Design Your Booth tool to preview your look in 3D, or we'll design it for you. Corporate clients can lock branded overlays and a custom booth wrap.
Is an attendant included?+
An on-site attendant is included with both Full Service packages. Digital Drop-Off is self-serve by design, but you can add a drop-off attendant if you'd like one on hand.
When do we receive the gallery?+
Your online gallery goes live during or shortly after the event so guests can share right away, and the full high-resolution files are delivered within a few days. Digital Drop-Off also includes a USB drive after the event.
